How does it work?

1. Prepare

The workpiece to be cut is placed on the exchange platform from the inlet transfer system before the workpiece is processed. The workpiece on the exchange platform is then precisely positioned (using the up and down position control system) so that it can be cut accurately during laser cutting.

2. Cut the workpiece

The exchange platform automatically moves when cutting the workpiece, moving the workpiece under the laser cutting head for easy cutting. The laser cutting head cuts the workpiece according to a pre-set program and leaves the workpiece on the exchange platform after the cutting is completed.

3. Swap workpieces

When the cutting is complete, the exchange platform automatically moves to the position of the outlet transfer system and moves the workpiece to the next process position.

4. Repeat the process

Repeat the above steps until all the pieces have been produced.
