Full enclosure

Motor and driver

Typical servo motors operate at speeds of 2000-3000 RPM, with German motors considered the best, followed by Japanese ones. Water chiller
Because the laser requires different water temperatures than the cutting head, most systems use dual-temperature, dual-control chillers. The high-temperature output supplies the cutting head, while the low-temperature output supplies the laser. In summer, condensation easily forms on the laser, so the chiller temperature needs to be increased. If necessary, an air conditioner should be installed to regulate the temperature difference between the laser's interior and exterior to prevent condensation. In winter, freezing is likely, so the coolant should be replaced with antifreeze to prevent the laser from cracking.
