Electrical components are sourced from Schneider Electric of France. As the "neural network" of the equipment, they deliver high reliability, fast response and comprehensive protection for control and drive functions.

The automatic lubrication system provides regular lubrication for guide rails, racks and other key components. It reduces wear and tear, extends the service life of parts, and cuts down operational costs.

Our premium CNC metal laser cutting machine is equipped with Taiwan Hiwin linear guides and YYC helical racks. These high-performance components, paired with precision servo motors for power transmission, enable the fiber laser cutting head to move smoothly along the X, Y, and Z axes—delivering flawless cuts on workpieces of diverse shapes and sizes.

The S&A water chiller provides constant-temperature cooling for the laser source and cutting head, boasting a temperature control accuracy of ±1℃ and a large cooling capacity.

Taiwan Delta servo motors and drives, optional configurations include Japan Fuji and Japan Yaskawa. These servo motors and drives deliver precise power to control the operation of all machine components, featuring fast response speed, high precision and stable running performance.

The laser generator produces a laser beam with high energy density, serving as the power source of the equipment. Compared with traditional laser devices, it boasts higher electro-optical conversion efficiency, lower power consumption, and superior beam quality. The fiber laser features a compact structure and is ready for instant operation. Thanks to its flexible laser output mode, it can be easily integrated with system equipment.
